Our History
Zeroed-In Technologies was founded by Chris Moore, former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for THINQ Learning Solutions and the visionary behind the THINQ TrainingServer® suite of products. Moore started Zeroed-In to help organizations achieve the most effective, high-performing workforces by combining sound strategy with proven process and advanced technologies. Today, Moore and his associates help organizations achieve higher productivity by evaluating and improving processes, and integrating technologies to visualize, account, and execute effective learning and performance programs.
During his 15-year tenure at THINQ, Moore transferred his experiences and vision into a framework called The Learning Management Maturity Model (LM3)™. LM3 builds on the well-known maturity model concept and serves as a benchmarking tool for THINQ and its customers. As a first of its kind, LM3 combines organizational process maturity and various technologies to help organizations define and execute on their learning and performance strategy. Since its introduction, many learning and performance maturity models have evolved including ones from well known thought leaders such as The Meta Group.
In 1989, Moore pioneered the concept of enterprise-wide learning management systems when he conceived and developed the TrainingServer suite of products for Syscom, Inc., a diversified IT services company in Baltimore, MD. Moore evolved the TrainingServer business over the next ten years and is responsible for all of TrainingServer's key innovations including interactive voice response and fax on-demand reporting (1994), the introduction of e-learning launch and track into the LMS framework (1995), student self-service over the World Wide Web (1996), integration of Precision Skilling™, a Thompson NETg technology, with the LMS (1998). and the migration of TrainingServer from a two-tier client-server technology to an innovative multi-tier, meta-driven design (1999). In 1999, Moore launched the B2B Learning Network, a subscription-based e-learning portal built on the proven TrainingServer technology. TrainingServer, Inc. later became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Syscom prior to its acquisition by THINQ Learning Solutions in 2000.
Prior to founding TrainingServer, Moore served as a software-engineering consultant. Over his 20-year career in information and learning technologies, Moore has demonstrated his ability to translate industry foresight into technical and product reality.
