Zeroed-In Technologies (LLC) ("Zeroed-In") know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. From time to time, you may be asked to provide information about yourself on this web site in order to utilize certain services or download resources. This notice describes our privacy policy.

Does Zeroed-In sell the information it receives?

No. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.

Information you might provide to Zeroed-In

Information on what (if any) data is held about you is normally the information contained within your profile information within Zeroed-In's Communities (e.g. message boards, web conferencing). Any additional information that we hold, such as phone number and mailing address, can be obtained by contacting us at info@getzeroedin.com from the email registered within Communities. Personal information will be kept confidential unless you allow it to be accessed by other Zeroed-In Communities users. You are responsible for maintaining your profile information to ensure that your email address isn't disclosed when you use the message forums.

How does Zeroed-In use the information it receives?

Zeroed-In may, for our own internal marketing purposes, collect and process data obtained from your use of Zeroed-In's web-sites. We only use this information to enhance your experience of our web-site and for when you call our customer service team.

Would Zeroed-In release information to law enforcement?

Yes, but only upon receipt of a court order. Although this has never happened and we can't envision it would happen, if Zeroed-In received a court order to disclose information it would.

Does Zeroed-In ever disclose information outside its organization?

Zeroed-In may use some of the information you provide for checking credit (credit card authorization, etc.). We may release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Zeroed-In, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice. How secure is information that Zeroed-In holds about me?

All of Zeroed-In's database servers are behind firewalls. All paper documents are stored securely within our offices. All employees have signed confidentiality agreements. All computers used outside our offices are password protected. We protect the security of your credit card information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We retain only the last five digits of your credit card numbers for order tracking purposes. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

How should I protect my information?

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Communities member account password and to your computer.

What choices do I have?

You can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of Zeroed-In Communities. If you choose not to provide essential information you might not be able to make an online purchase or use Communities. If you are a member of Communities, you will receive an email from us each quarter providing you information about the latest news and trends related to Zeroed-In and our business. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please notify us and we will remove your contact details from Communities.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to visit Zeroed-In, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Connecticut. If you have any concern about privacy at Zeroed-In, please send us a thorough description to info@getzeroedin.com, and we will try to resolve it. As our business changes so will our Privacy Notice, and the Conditions of Use will change also. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Examples of the information we collect and analyze may include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, platform, and purchase transaction details.
