FOR MEASURING AND REPORTING LEARNING OUTCOMES
Impact Dashboard™ combines previous strategic and tactical reporting models into single offering
Baltimore, MD – May 26, 2009 – Learning management solutions provider Zeroed-In Technologies today released Impact Dashboard™, a unified measurement and reporting platform for learning and HR groups. Impact Dashboard combines Zeroed-In’s CLO Dashboard™ and LMS Dashboard™ systems into a single dashboard offering.
Like its predecessors, Impact Dashboard taps directly into learning and business systems to quickly and routinely measure and report on metrics that best reflect how learning and performance initiatives are impacting an organization’s expected results.
With Impact Dashboard, customers can now leverage both the strategic scorecard model of CLO Dashboard and the tactical scorecard model of LMS Dashboard in one platform. Previously, Zeroed-In offered each system as a separate solution. The new Impact Dashboard lets customers choose the type of scorecard they want to create and the system walks them through the strategic alignment model of linking key measures to goals and indicators, or the tactical model of organizing key measures into user-defined views. Both scorecard models enable action-oriented decision making by integrating actual to target value comparisons, threshold alerts, workflow, and corrective steps that drive results.
