E-LEARNING PIONEER CHRIS MOORE LAUNCHES ZEROED-IN TECHNOLOGIES

Capitalizing on Moore's foresight, new firm to provide software and services that optimize and measure learning and performance initiatives

Linthicum, MD -- August 6, 2004 - Best known as the founder and visionary of the THINQ TrainingServer® Learning Management System, Chris Moore is uprooting his 15-year career at THINQ and transplanting it at the helm of Zeroed-In Technologies (LLC). As President of Zeroed-In, Moore will steer the course for this new venture with a laser-like focus on helping organizations meet their business objectives.

Headquartered in Anne Arundel County Maryland, Zeroed-In will provide software and services that visualize, measure, and execute effective learning and performance strategies. "The net result is an optimized business." explains Moore. "By aligning and monitoring key performance indicators against business objectives, the system quickly recommends corrective action to get your organization back on track." Moore started Zeroed-In after seeing a trend in organizations idling or diverting from their learning and performance strategies. Zeroed-In's products will deploy as a web service and leverage extensible markup language (XML) to integrate with existing learning and business infrastructures.

Being an entrepreneur and innovator is nothing new to Moore. In 1989, he pioneered the concept of enterprise-wide learning management systems (LMS) by incorporating employee self-service into what was then basic training administration software. He later followed suit by being first to market with a client/server LMS (1993), then first with a web-based interface for TrainingServer (1995). In 1999, Moore launched the B2B Learning Network, a subscription-based e-learning portal and the catalyst that brought TrainingServer, Inc. and THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. together.

During his tenure at THINQ, Moore was widely recognized by the e-learning industry when he transferred his experiences and vision into a framework called The Learning Management Maturity Model (LM3). As a first of its kind, LM3 combines organizational process maturity and key technologies to help organizations define and execute on their learning and performance strategy. Since its introduction, many learning and performance maturity models have evolved including ones from well-known thought leaders such as Meta Group, Inc.
