ZEROED-IN ADDS PROBABILITY AND REGRESSION ANALYSIS TO CLO DASHBOARD LEARNING AND PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SUITE

New software release analyzes and correlates learning and business metrics to identify relationships and impact, fostering better learning investment decisions.

Linthicum, MD -- August 24, 2005 - Zeroed-In Technologies announced the immediate availability of CLO Dashboard 1.1, an enhancement release to its learning and performance measurement dashboard for chief learning officers, training directors, and learning managers. The upgrade incorporates new probability and regression analysis functions that allows users to compare and correlate any metrics, such as learning activity (e.g. test scores, completions) with business outcomes (e.g. sales revenue, call volumes) to determine relationships, patterns, and dependencies. The resulting analysis helps learning executives make better investment decisions around learning programs based on probable business impact.

"Adding more learning analytics capability to our existing corporate performance management framework uniquely sets CLO Dashboard apart from other solutions", says Chris Moore, president of Zeroed-In. Additional enhancements to CLO Dashboard 1.1 include: hierarchical learning/business organization scorecards; personalized user preferences; objective and key measure comments log; and support for Oracle Database 10g as its underlying data mart.

CLO Dashboard applies measurement and reporting concepts from leading models such as the Balanced Scorecard and the Oregon Productivity Matrix. The web-based system deploys at the customer site and connects to multiple learning and business systems to extract, transform, and load measurement data into an underlying learning data mart. CLO Dashboard then aligns and analyzes the data against business goals and objectives to measure progress, predict outcomes, and graphically display results. Users can set alerts that tell CLO Dashboard to monitor specific measures and send emails to responsible parties with notification and corrective actions.
